We want you to be happy with every purchase. Return eligibility depends on product category and condition.
Return window
Most eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable.
How to request a return
Open the order in Your Account → Orders and follow the return option where available, or contact support with your order ID.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
